13. Termination and Suspension

Friendle may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the platform, or where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Friendle at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

Friendle may rely on third-party services, providers, libraries, or sign-in systems. We are not responsible for third-party services themselves, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms or privacy policies.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or relationships arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Friendle and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of rights of another person or entity, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes
